For our tours in kenya, we use purposely-built safari vehicles (Expedition trucks, mini-vans, and Land Cruisers for those in search of more luxury), ideal for the areas we cover. The vehicles have space to pack all the necessary equipment/luggage; also high enough to facilitate good vision and photography. We regularly renew our fleet for reliability. Here the driver is the guide! Those who truly wish to see Africa closely, its wildlife and people at reasonable cost, camping is a very convenient way - often being part of a group of other people makes the safari all the more exciting, and new friends can be made!
